    That's the truth. I don't think that there is a better parter that we've worked with than the folks at Blip. Mike, Dina, and especially Eric set a great standard for communication and attention that other groups in their space really should be paying attention to and trying to emulate.

    Great service, great team. An example we can all take a lesson from.

    I called Mike on his cellphone at 11:45 the other night with what to me was an urgent request... I had uploaded a video and scheduled to auto-post the next night at 7:00 PM. This was a behind the scenes video of my mom on ABC World News. :-)

    When I posted it to blip.tv, the status said the cross-post was processing...

    To me that could have meant that when it was done with the flash conversion, it would auto-post that night... I had agreed to hold off until the ABC report aired, so I didn't want it to go live until then.

    So I left Mike a voice message and he called back within 5 minutes.

    He explained that the auto-post process would check to see the criteria on my upload and wait until my go live time of 7:00 the next night.

    He also apologized for not picking up the phone intitially... Whoa.

    No apology needed.
